  Plenty of space and quite some view! Beds and bathrooms were plentiful and as described. A/C and heat couldn't find a cooperative temperature. Downstairs was cold and extra blankets couldn't be located. Kitchen could have used a second roll of paper towels, and a large baking sheet or pan.

  I celebrated my birthday weekend here...We had a great time. House was clean and neat. Everything we needed was there. My only complaint would be it was a lil hard the get the heat regulated for all rooms. Some rooms were colder than others and some rooms were like a sauna. But overall. It was amazing with beautiful views of the mountains. We even got a lil snow. Book your getaway now. You will not be disappointed.

  A friend had recommended this house and she was absolutely correct, view from living area through wall to wall windows was magnificent. It’s name says it all. Although some of the drive was steep, it was maneuverable in my suv. Jacuzzi was great, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, home away from home! The tv didn’t work , but it could have been user error , 3 remotes!,,,!? I would use again !!

  Sumvue is a lovely home, not at all a cabin, on a mountain with a beautiful view of the valley below. We were very satisfied with our stay...the king bed mattress in the master needs to be replaced. It was hard and uncomfortable. I finally went to another bedroom to sleep. With three other bedrooms, that wasn't a problem to find a good bed! Housekeeping should have put the smoke alarm back up, taken down by the guests ahead of us, for beeping. Little things like burned out light bulb should be attended to. The lock box to get the house key took two of us to get it open. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful. Despite these concerns, we would stay here again.

  I was a little apprehensive about first time rental a cabin. I have to say after the front door my apprehensive fade away. The view was breathtaking, the cabin was very clean and family of 8 was comfortable and had a bedroom for everybody. The hot tub was a hit with my older kids (42,37,30,14 and 5). Love the gas grill, thank you for having a fill tank :)
  We enjoyed Vogel Park had paddle boats which we are love.
  I know now that SumVue WILL be our yearly vacation....Thank You.

  The house was spacious and clean; however, the kitchen could use some restocking. New furniture in the upstairs living room was nice. The deck is awesome for morning coffee while taking in the view. The only negative was the upstairs air conditioner was not cooling properly making it near 80 degrees up while the downstairs AC was very cold even set at 78 degrees.

  We live nearby and rented this property to accommodate our overflow for our annual Christmas-at-Grandma's get-together. It worked out great and we will probably try to get again next year.
  
  The outdoor hot tub did not work and there were roaches. Also, the door locks were strange and inconvenient. The deadbolt lock required the key to operate, both inside and outside, and there was only one key. We ended up just leaving it unlocked so that everyone could come and go as needed.
  
  Otherwise the property was great.
